Participants can complete the Cough Questionnaire while they are being monitored by following the steps below. Please note that an Internet connection on the phone is required to submit the questionnaires:
- Open the Companion app and tap “Tap to Complete"
- Once the Cough Questionnaire is displayed, participants can answer the question by placing their finger on the white circle of the horizontal bar and sliding it to the right to select a number on the scale between 0 and 100. Tap “Submit” and “Finish” to complete the questionnaire.
