If you are unable to unpair the CoughMonitor from the Companion App, please follow the steps below:
- Confirm that the phone's Bluetooth is enabled
- Confirm that the phone has an internet connection
- Confirm that the phone and CoughMonitor are in close proximity
- Open the Companion App and confirm that the data is "Synced"
- Cpnfirm that the "Try Again" button does not show on the home screen of the Companion App
- If the button is displayed, tap "Try Again" and wait a few minutes until it disappears, then try to unpair the CoughMonitor
