Error Message after tapping "Pair with device"

Please refer to the list below for potential error messages you may encounter after tapping "Pair with device" and their respective troubleshooting steps:

"No devices found"

  • Ensure that the CoughMonitor battery is charged to at least 10%
  • On the phone screen, tap "retry"

"Bluetooth is OFF"

  • On the phone screen, tap "Go to settings" and enable Bluetooth
  • Open the Companion App and tap "Pair with device"
